Most of the time people are stressed about their work or college assignments and it is honestly not worth stressing too much about. If you are afraid that you will miss your deadlines then start your work prior that way you can take your own cool time to finish it. If you are someone who gets stressed easily then do yoga as it will help you to relax. Apart from this, you need to have good seven to eight hours of sleep because lack of sleep is very bad for your body, it can even show on your face through acne and dark circles. In worst cases lack of sleep could lead to depression, so don’t get into a habit of sleeping late and waking up early on a regular basis.
