Education for multidisciplinary health professionals and their teams
Hunter Medicare Local is working with peak bodies in the Primary Health Care sector to promote integration, explore new models of care and help communicate and assist with continuing education needs of Primary Health Care professionals in the Hunter Medicare Local boundary.
The Continuing Professional Development calendar has been designed around the feedback and needs assessment conducted in 2012. Each education session describes the topics covered, learning outcomes and the CPD hours involved.
As a Medicare Local we will be looking to further develop our support and training opportunities for multidisciplinary primary care professionals. To do this we would welcome any feedback you may have in this area.
